Abhipreraṇa (Motivation)

 lakṣy nirdhaaraṇa ke pashchaat safalataa kee dishaa men agalaa kadam hotaa hai abhipreraṇa arthaat moṭiveshan. Lakṣy kaa nirdhaaraṇa hone tathaa usakaa spaṣṭ tathaa saarthak chitraa mastiṣk men sthaapit karane ke pashchaat vyakti ko us lakṣy kee praapti kee dishaa men svayn ko moṭiveṭ karate rahanaa chaahiye. Moṭiveshan nimn teen kaarakon se milakar banaa hai



1. Moṭiveshan kaa praarnbh kisee lakṣy ke prati hamaaree ichchhaa, aavashyakataa tathaa hamaare driṣṭikoṇa se hotaa hai. 2. Isake lie sadaiv kuchh nayaa karane ke lie tatpar rahanaa chaahiye. Na_e avasar praapt karane ke lie jokhim uṭhaane men koii kotaahee naheen baratanee chaahie. 3. Moṭivashan ke antargat vyakti ko apanee asafalataa ke uparaant svayn ko punah taiyaar karake shreṣṭh avasar praapt karane kaa prayaas karanaa chaahie. Safalataa ke maarg men baadhaa_en aatee hain, par unase kabhee bhee ghabaraanaa naheen chaahie. Unase paarapaane paane kaa prayaas karanaa chaahie. Yadi aap baadhaa_on ko haṭaane men safal naheen ho paate to punah dogunee shakti se un baadhaa_on se paar paane kaa prayaas karanaa chaahie. Vah vyakti jisake paas ek nirdhaarit lakṣy hotaa hai. Vah apanee jeevan shailee tathaa lakṣy ko niyntrit kar sakataa hai. Aise vyakti jinake paas koii lakṣy naheen hotaa unakee jeevanashailee aur lakṣy ko any vyakti nirdhaarit karate hain. Jo vyakti visheṣ any logon par nirbhar rahate hain ve kabhee safal naheen hote. Jo svayn par vishvaas rakhate hai, safalataa unakee muṭṭhee men hotee hai. Ab baat karate hain moṭiveshan ke niyamon kee jinakaa paalan karake hee safalataa ko praapt kiyaa jaa sakataa hai. Moṭiveshan ke lie sabase aavashyak hai, jo bhee karo pooraa karake hee dam lo. Kuchh log kaary to praarnbh kar dete hain parntu usamen men aane vaalee baadhaa_on se ghabaraakar, us chhod dete hain. Aisaa naheen honaa chaahie. Kaary praarnbh karane se poorv us kaary se jude sabhee pahaluon par gaur karen saath hee apanee kṣamataa evn yogyataa kaa aankalan karane par hee us kaary ko shuroo karen. Aadhaa chhodaa huaa kaary kisee arth kaa naheen hotaa isase dhan aur samay donon kee hee haani hotee hai. Moṭiveshan kaa doosaraa niyam hai, aise logon se mitraataa karo jo aapako protsaahit karen. Hatotsaahit karane vaalon kaa saath chhodanaa hee upayukt hotaa hai. Hatotsaahit karane vaale tathaa nakaaraatmak sochane vaale n to svayn safal hote hain, n apane mitron ko hee safal hone dete. Moṭiveshan kaa teesaraa niyam hai svayn seekhane ke siddhaant men vishvaas karanaa. Kisee par nirbhar hone kee apekṣaa svayn kuchh nayaa kar dikhaane kee lalak hee vyakti ko safalataa ke daravaajesh par lekar jaa sakatee hai. Visheṣ roop se vidhaarthiyon ko jahaan tak snbhav ho svayn hee samasyaa kaa samaadhaan karane kaa prayaas karanaa chaahie. Isase unake aatmavishvaas men vriddhi hogee. Moṭiveshan kaa chauthaa siddhaant hai apane prakriti pradatt pratibhaa ko pahachaan kar vah kaary karen jisamen aapakee ruchi ho. Udaaharaṇa ke lie yadi aapakee krikeṭ men ruchi hai to krikeṭ men hee svayn ko nipuṇa banaane kaa prayaas karen. Moṭiveshan kaa paanchavaa niyam hai, us viṣay men jaanakaaree baḍhaane kaa prayaas karen jo aapako preraṇaa detaa hai. Jaise aapako kisee khilaadee yaa fir raajanetaa_on kee jeevanee prabhaavit karatee hai to aap unhen paḍhen tathaa unase preraṇaa lene kaa prayaas karen. Moṭiveshan kaa antim parntu sabase nirṇaayak niyam hai ki jokhim uṭhaa_e. Kuchh logon ko jokhim uṭhaane kaa tark avashy hee kuchh aṭapaṭaa lagegaa parntu vaaṇaijy shaastraa kaa ek niyam hai ki ‘jitanaa adhik jokhim utanaa adhik laabh.’ asafalataa se kabhee mat ghabaraa_o. Asafalataa ke pashchaat turnt dogunee oorjaa ke saath prayaas karo, safalataa aavashy hee milegee. Aakhir kab tak asafalataa aapako haraa_egee, ek n ek din usako haaranaa hee hogaa. Yahaan thaamas eḍaisan kaa udaaharaṇa diyaa jaa sakataa hai. Usane balb kaa aaviṣkaar ke lie lagabhag das hajaar baar prayaas kie. Pratyek baar asafal hone ke pashchaat vah punah prayaas men lag jaataa aur antatah ek din vah apane lakṣy ko praapt karane men safal huaa. Das hajaar baar asafal hone par bhee usane himmat naheen haaree. Vah bhee ṭhaanakar baiṭhaa thaa, use asafalataa ko maat dene hee hai. Antatogatvaa vah asafalataa par vijay praapt karane men safal huaa. Thaamas aiḍaisan ke un hajaaron prayaason ke pariṇaamasvaroop maanav jaati ke jeevan men balb kaa prakaash snbhav huaa. Aaj maanav jaati eḍaisan ke is aviṣkaar ke lie usake prati kritagy hai. Aisaa kuchh aap bhee kar sakate hain. Isake lie aavashyakataa hai to bas asafalataa se haar n maanane kee. Apanee naakaamayaabee par aansoo bahaane kee apekṣaa thaamas eḍaisan kee tarah nirntar sngharṣ karanaa seekhanaa hee safalataa hai. Pratyek asafalataa aapako kuchh seekhane kaa avasar pradaan karegee. Yah mat socho kee aapake prayaas vyarth ga_e. Aapake prayaas avashy hee rng laayenge. Asafalataa ke pashchaat svayn ko maanasik roop se punah taiyaar karen. Maanasik roop se taiyaar karane ke lie moṭiveshan sarvottam yukti hai. Apane ko maanasik roop se prerit kare ‘beetee taahi bisaar ke aage kee sudh le’. Jo ho gayaa so ho gayaa ab aage main kyaa karoon. Is vichaar se sochen. Aksar logon kaa aadhaa jeevan bhootakaal men sochane men hee beet jaataa hai ki main aisaa kar detaa to aisaa ho jaataa. Bhootakaal kee naakaamee tathaa bhaviṣy ke prati chintit hone kee apekṣaa vartamaan men jeenaa seekhen. Kyon apane jeevan maanasik oorjaa ko bhootakaal kee naakaamee aur bhaviṣyakaal kee chintaa men lagaakar vyarth gnvaate ho. Aaj ke lie socho vartamaan men jeenaa seekhen apanee samoochit maanasik oorjaa kaa prayog vartamaan kaal ke vikaas par lagaa_o aapakaa bhaviṣy svayn kee sudhar jaa_egaa. Svayn ko sadaiv vartamaan ke lie moṭiveṭ karo ki aap vartamaan men kitanaa shreṣṭh kar sakate ho. Kisee bhee prakaar ke parivartan ke lie taiyaar raho. Parivartan se yadyapi asthirataa aatee hai parntu isase seekhane ko milataa hai. Parivartan se jeevan men kuchh nayaa ghaṭit hotaa hai. Yah hamen na_e vaataavaraṇa men ḍhaalane ke lie vivash karataa hai aur yah vivashataa hamen sngharṣ karane ke lie prerit karatee hai. Yahee sngharṣ hamen moṭiveṭ karataa hai. Moṭiveshan hamaaree safalataa kaa maarg prashast karataa hai. Ka_ii baar aapako apane kaary ke lie aalochanaa sunanee padatee hai. Aalochanaa aapako avasar pradaan karatee hai, apanee kaaryakṣamataa men sudhaar laane kaa. Galatee karanaa maanaveey svabhaav hai. Safalataa unheen ko milatee hai, jo galatiyon se sabak seekhate hain. Aalochanaa ko najashr-andaajash karate hue apane kaary ko siddh karane kaa prayaas karen. Galatiyon ko svayn par haavee n hone den. Kaam ko seekhane aur us par niyntraaṇa karane kaa prayaas karen.
